Scope of Work

- Routine physical examinations, audiograms, and vision screening
- Blood pressure and vital signs assessment
- Respiratory assessments, drug testing (urinalysis), and immunizations (as required)
- Review of medical history and completion of required documentation (e.g., OF 178)
Services must be performed within a 20-mile radius of Warner Robins AFB, Georgia, at the contractor's licensed medical facility, which must comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Georgia health codes. Physicals must be completed within 5 business days of request, with results provided within 3 business days.
