The lowest priced quote among technically acceptable offers will be selected. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis for all CLINs.

• Price Firmness: Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the receipt of quotes.

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside.

• NAICS Code: 321920 (Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees.

Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the construction and supply of Wooden Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) Shipping Containers, Wooden Sheet Metal Pallets, and Wooden Sheet Metal Pallet Lids for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Warner Robins, GA (DDWG) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution Corpus Christi, TX (DDCT). The contract will also be available for use by the Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise.

• Provide all supplies as ordered according to exact specifications on the Supplies Item List.

• SPI containers must be accompanied by the most recent Air Force SPI revision drawings. The ordering entity will provide current drawings.

• Wooden sheet metal pallets and pallet lids must be accompanied by the most recent DLA revision drawings. The ordering entity will provide current drawings.

• Any changes in drawing revisions that affect construction or cost may be negotiated.

• All materials used in SPI construction must adhere to the exact specifications in the SPI drawings.

• One (1) year base performance period.

• Two (2) one-year optional performance periods.

• DLA Distribution at Robins AFB, GA, Building 351C (DoDAAC SB3525).

• DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, TX, Building 1846 (DoDAAC SB3214).

• Contractor must comply with all delivery date requirements and U.S. Government installation entry procedures to prevent delays.

• The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or designated assigns will be responsible for final quality inspection and acceptance of all supplies.
