Key services include remote network access assistance (within 5 business hours), web-based portals for ticketing, on-site laptop with Q-SYS 9.6+ designer software, quarterly on-site system checkups (up to 3 days per visit), and emergency repairs (within 3 business days). Contractors must also provide turnkey support for equipment RMA operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Contractors must be a Crestron Certified partner and demonstrate capability to configure and program VASHNS customized systems using Q-SYS 9.6 or above Designer Software. Technicians must be familiar with Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, Ionogeni, Cisco, VADDIO, Samsung, NVX digital Matrix, Sony cameras, and QSC audio systems, holding Crestron Master Programmer and Extron certifications. Adherence to VA safety, manufacturer, and federal standards is required.
Eligibility & Submission
The applicable NAICS Code is 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing Contractors) with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
