Additional Notes
The Davis-Bacon Act applies for contracts exceeding $2,000 for construction, alteration, or repair at INL, and such work is additionally subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA) for areas within the 890-square mile boundary. Construction work performed at Idaho Falls facilities is not subject to these agreements. Respondents must mark any business sensitive or proprietary information accordingly.
