Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for JS Declassification/FOIA Support services, issued under the Seaport program for multiple award IDIQ contracts. Only SeaPort NxG Prime Contract Holders are eligible to participate. The government is procuring these services as a new requirement.

• The core requirement is for Declassification/FOIA support services, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached as Attachment I.

• The solicitation includes multiple line items for base services and optional periods, each with a 12-month duration, except for Option Line Items 5001 and 5002 which are for 6 months.

• Optional SURGE (30%) is included for additional requirements in some periods.

• The contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).

• The period of performance for the base contract is from July 25, 2026, to July 24, 2027. Option periods extend through January 24, 2032.

• The total duration of the contract, including exercised options, shall not exceed 54 months.

• Step Two: Viable competitors from Step One will be invited to submit a technical and price quote. Evaluation will be based on Management Approach, Past Performance, and Price. Management Approach and Past Performance are weighted equally and are more significant than Price.

• Quotes are due by 09:00 AM local time on July 10, 2026.

• Only SeaPort NxG Prime Contract Holders are eligible.

• Offerors must possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL).
