Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW outlines the requirements for decommissioning a 2019 Dodge 2500 law enforcement vehicle and upfitting a new 2026 Ford F250 law enforcement vehicle.

Decommissioning (2019 Dodge 2500):

• Remove emergency lights, truck vault, aftermarket parts, radios, and electrical components.

• Contractor facility must be within a 200-mile radius of BLM's Colorado River District Office (1785 Kiowa Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403).

• Vehicle delivery and return will be managed by the Bureau of Land Management.

• Contractor must submit a final invoice through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) including date, invoice number, license plate number, odometer reading, line items, work documentation, warranty information, and total invoice amount.
