Background & Scope
The DHA provides healthcare to over 9.6 million beneficiaries worldwide. Currently, care coordination is fragmented across more than 110 separate contracts and call centers, leading to inefficiencies. The RC3 requirement seeks an enterprise solution to standardize:
- Global Appointing: A centralized system for all patient appointments.
- Global Referral Management: A standardized process for managing and tracking referrals.
- Global Care Coordination: Consistent, high-quality care coordination for all beneficiaries.
