Key Requirements & Deliverables

- Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) and Web-Based Test Scheduling: Scheduling OPIs and web-based tests, assisting with OPI Facilitation and Test Administration.
- Program Management: Providing an on-site Program Manager to oversee operations, coordinate with the COR, and ensure compliance.
- OPI Facilitation: Preparing and monitoring test sites, processing documentation, and monitoring tests onsite.
- Quality Control: Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to meet defined Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) metrics (e.g., 98% compliance for most AQLs).
- Training & Security: Ensuring contractor employees complete mandatory training (AT Level I, OPSEC, IWATCH, Information Assurance, PII) and meet security requirements (Installation Access, CAC, background checks).
