This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide foreign language training support for Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) through DLI-Washington. Under the Contract Foreign Language Training Program (CFLTP), the Contractor provides all labor, material, and services, except as specified to be furnished by the Government, necessary to perform the types of tasks specified in the PWS. The Contractor shall provide foreign language instruction, and support services. Typical resident student load in the national capital region (NCR) is 200-400 resident students at any given time and 400-500 in a year.  The contractor shall also be prepared to support non- resident instruction via Mobile Training Teams (MTT) at USG facilities or other locations outside the NCR including overseas locations. The student body is predominantly composed of non comissiond officer (NCO) and commissioned officer ranks. Courses range from familiarization courses of ten (10) weeks to basic courses of 26-64 weeks. As part of this requirement, approximately 275–300 task orders may be awarded annually for all languages.
