To add permanent, regulation-sized pickleball court lines to an existing indoor maple basketball court, ensuring a high-quality, durable, and professional finish compatible with the existing flooring for safe and enjoyable play.

• Preparation of the entire flooring up to the cove base and retracted bleachers to ensure proper adhesion of new paint and finish coats. Existing lines and logos must remain undamaged; any damage incurs no cost for repairs. The floor area is approximately 11,100 SF.

• Accurate measurement, marking, and painting of two regulation pickleball court lines using high-quality, durable athletic court paint. A color palette for customer choice will be provided.

• Application of a premium-grade, oil-based, non-slip finish designed for high-traffic maple athletic floors up to the cove base.

• All work must adhere to the latest guidelines from the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA), paint/finish manufacturer recommendations, and official court specifications.

• The project is classified as hot work, requiring a hot work permit and strict adherence to safety procedures (e.g., dust control, fire watch).

• Provision of a portable toilet.

• Dust containment is paramount; all equipment must contain dust, supplemented by a separate HEPA filtering system. A submittal detailing dust containment plans is required.

• Work must be performed in a manner that leaves existing lines and logos intact and undamaged.

• A color palette for line painting must be provided.

• A finish coat inspection is required after line painting and before final inspection, with 2 business days' notice.

• All work must comply with MFMA guidelines, manufacturer recommendations, and governing body specifications.

• Completion is required no later than 90 days after notice to proceed.

• Contractor must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in commercial repair work.
