Demolish and replace a 20-Ton indoor package unit with a new, fully functional 20-Ton indoor package unit with a heat pump. The new unit must be integrated into the current unit's operating system.

• Demolish and replace an existing steam-powered 20-Ton package unit that is experiencing condensation and leaks.

• Install a new 20-Ton indoor package unit with a heat pump.

• Integrate the new unit into the current operating system and controls.

• Repair flooring damaged by water leaks.

• Dispose of all demolished material off-site.

• Restore disturbed areas to their original condition.

• All hardware and equipment shall be fully operational after turnover.
