Contract Details
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued under FAR Part 8.4 and GSAR 538.71. A Firm-Fixed-Price Contract is anticipated. The government reserves the right to make multiple awards for different line items. All items are required to be delivered within 14 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the USDA Forest Service, 2800 North Ocoee Street, Cleveland, TN 37312.
Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Offerors must clearly identify Order-Level Materials (OLMs) separately from MAS-contract items, providing detailed descriptions, quantities, vendor information, unit/extended prices, and price support. OLMs cannot be embedded in labor rates. Offerors must also certify compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and Equal Protection principles, including specific certifications related to DEI. Compliance with USDA Directives 4620-002 series for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) is also required.
