Synopsis, Deicer IDIQ. Deliveries are projected to be October 2025 to October 2030. The Oregon Air National Guard, 173rd Fighter Wing has a requirement for liquid runway deicer to maintain the airfield conditions for both ice and snow to gain suitable traction for air traffic. Complete Solicitation is projected to be posted Jun 2025. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is projected to be a set aside for Small Business program participants only and will be on a competitive basis. Principle NAICS is 325998 and size standard is 650 employees. For this acquisition the 173rd Fighter Wing Guard is utilizing procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offerors System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically on Contracting Opportunities, website https://www.sam.gov, therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
