Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
Quick Summary
The United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), C5ISR Center is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice titled "Delivering Unmatched Thermal Capability-Hastened (DUTCH)". The purpose is to inform future system-level requirements and/or prototype development efforts for integrating next-generation uncooled thermal sensors. Responses are due by April 25, 2026.
Scope of Work
This effort seeks industry input on integrating Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) lens-less thermal sensors. Integrators will need to design appropriate lenses for specific applications to demonstrate advanced capabilities and achieve Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 6+ in a relevant environment. Proposed systems should prioritize low Size, Weight, Power, and Cost (SWaP-C).
