Bldg 6119 has an approximate total square footage of2,892. This project will demolish in its entirety to include concrete slabs and foundations to a depth of three feet below existing grade elevation. This will also include, but not limited to the following: sidewalks, drives, utilities, select fill, tops of structural concrete piers & pier caps, steel reinforcing, wood framing, gypsum board, masonry, transite panels, doors, frames, windows, caulking, gypsum & lay-in ceilings/grid, floors, carpet, tile, plumbing lines & fixtures, accessories, furniture, insulation, wood & metal framing, HV AC units, ducting & registers, piping, pumps, electrical panels, conduit, wiring, lighting, transformers, gas lines & meters, roofing, flashing, etc. The Contractor shall furnish all demolition, layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, shoring, tools, fencing and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with the demolition of Building 6119 in accordance with the attached project drawings and specifications.
