The Government is seeking experienced firms for the following (estimated) scope of work: The objective of this project is for the demolition of Building 404 and all associated appurtenances, restore or modify site elements, and protect all existing items. This construction project is 100% designed and subject to wage rate requirements for construction. Asbestos and lead remediation may be necessary during demolition. All construction shall meet or exceed all requirements per drawings and specifications.
