Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide dumpsters for the disposal of demolition debris from several structures within a 10-mile radius of Umbagog NWR, 2756 Dam Rd, Errol, NH 03579.

• Provide 30 yd³ dumpsters for General Demolition Debris. This includes materials such as wood, roofing, drywall, flooring, siding, and insulation. Hazardous materials are excluded.

• Dumpsters will be provided on an as-needed basis, with the capacity to stage up to three (3) simultaneously.

• The project is expected to be coordinated and completed between May 25 and September 25, 2026.

• Contractor must have sufficient fleet capacity to support up to eight (8) swap-outs per day during peak demolition operations.

• Maximum response time for swap-outs is 4 hours during normal business hours (8 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday).

• The demolition task itself is expected to take two weeks or less.

• A written ticket will be provided for each dumpster arrival and exit to ensure accurate load counts.

• Refuge staff will be notified within 24 hours of disposal weights.

• Sorted materials are to be recycled to the maximum extent possible.
