Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide dumpsters for the disposal of demolition debris from multiple structures at two locations: Q296 - 580 Meyersville Road, Gillette, NJ 07933, and Lenape NWRC, 32 Pleasant Plains Road, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. The work involves separating debris into two types: concrete (with reinforcement) and general demolition debris.

• Provide 30-yard dumpsters for general demolition debris and concrete material (half-full due to weight).

• Pricing to be provided for Clean Concrete and General Construction Debris Materials, including:

  • Initial Delivery Fee (if applicable)
  • Per Haul Fee (includes full removal and empty return/swap out)
  • Per Ton Disposal Fee

• Dumpsters to be provided on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of three dumpsters per material type on-site at one time.

• The project is expected to be coordinated and completed between July 2026 and June 2027, with the removal tasks concentrated within a four-week phase.

• The awarded vendor will be responsible for swapping up to 4 cans per day during the select phase, with potential no-work periods due to operational needs or weather.
