This solicitation is for inspection, testing, certification, and reporting services for vehicle lifts, hoists, cranes, and aerial lifts located at Denali National Park and Preserve, Alaska. The objective is to ensure safe operation, regulatory compliance, and timely identification of maintenance needs.

• Annual inspections of all listed equipment.

• Load testing (where required by regulation, manufacturer guidance, inspection findings, or directed by the Contracting Officer).

• Functional testing of control systems, safety devices, and mechanical components.

• Identification and documentation of defects, wear, or hazardous conditions.

• Verification of compliance with labeling, load rating markings, manuals, and safety decals.

• Inspections to include mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural components.

• Written reports for each piece of equipment, including inspection results, pass/fail status, recommended actions, and inspector credentials.

• A facility summary report.

• Inspection certificates, tags, or labels.

• Load testing documentation (if performed).

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base Period (Date of Award through 12 months) plus Four Option Years.

• Inspections to be completed within 60 days of contract award.

• Offerors shall submit pricing using Attachment A – Pricing Schedule.

• Evaluation Criteria: Technical Capability and Qualifications, Past Performance, and Price.

• Technical Capability will consider technician certifications, company experience, familiarity with standards (ASME, ANSI, OSHA), and load testing ability.

• Past Performance requires three references with detailed contact information.

• Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and realism.

• This acquisition is set aside for small businesses.
