Deliverables & Performance

  • Attend 1-hour weekly Strategic Planning Sessions.
  • Deliver seven (7) detailed Strategic Planning/Advisory Reports (approx. 15-25 pages each). The first report is due within 60 days of award, with subsequent reports every 45-60 days.
  • Optional site visits to Alaska and Washington, D.C. may be required.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Anticipated Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for core services, with Time and Materials (Not-to-Exceed) for optional site visits.
  • Period of Performance: A 12-month base period, followed by two (2) 12-month option periods. The Government may also exercise up to six (6) additional one-month extensions.
  • Place of Performance: Remote work is permitted, adhering to government policies. In-person meetings may be required in Alaska and Washington, D.C.
  • Set-Aside: This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Technical merit is significantly more important than price, and award will be made to the offeror representing the best value, considering technical advantages that justify additional cost. Offerors are encouraged to propose discounts. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (Attachment 4) will be required for personnel involved in the contract. Contractor performance evaluations will be conducted via CPARS.
