Quick Summary
The Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) is soliciting quotations for Dental Treatment Services to ensure Soldiers achieve or maintain dental readiness. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity requires services at contractor-operated dental clinics within a 50-mile radius of Carson City, NV, and Las Vegas, NV. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price type. Quotations are due by July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDT.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel, facilities, equipment, and materials for comprehensive dental treatment services. The primary objective is to treat approximately 130 Soldiers identified as Dental Class 3, restoring their deployable dental status. Services are limited to procedures necessary to correct conditions identified during NVARNG dental readiness examinations and include diagnostic, restorative, endodontic, periodontal, prosthodontic, and oral surgery procedures as authorized. Higher cost procedures (e.g., crowns, root canals, dentures, surgical treatments exceeding $500) require prior approval. Treatment for Soldiers preparing for mobilization or deployment will be prioritized.
Key Requirements
Bidders must provide pricing for each treatment listed on the provided dental treatment pricing sheet, which details costs for Carson City/Reno and Las Vegas areas. A technical approach is required, describing how services will be accomplished, including scheduling, individual treatment plan management, authorization procedures, and cost management. This must also include provider credentials and clinic names with physical addresses. Contractor personnel must possess valid Nevada dental licenses and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, ADA Standards, and Nevada Dental Board Regulations.
