This solicitation seeks to procure dentist services for the White Earth Service Unit to address staffing shortages in the Dental Department and ensure uninterrupted direct patient care. The services are needed for up to three contract staff dentists.

• Provide emergency and routine dental services for eligible patients (children, adults, and elderly) at the White Earth Health Center, Naytahwaush Health Center, and Pine Point Dental Clinics.

• Perform a full range of professional dental duties, including prevention and treatment of common and complex dental diseases.

• Provide restorative, pediatric, periodontics, endodontic, diagnostic, surgical, and preventive dental services.

• Conduct oral and radiographic examinations, develop treatment plans, and make necessary referrals.

• Administer local anesthesia, perform extractions, and manage prosthetic dentistry.

• Diagnose and perform root canal therapy, periodontal procedures, and endodontic therapy.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and dental health.

• Monitor and screen for hypertension and diabetes, referring patients as needed.

• Expected to treat approximately 10 patients per eight-hour workday.

• Period of Performance: Base plus 4 option years.

• Overtime is not authorized.
