Background
Previously announced under RFI-11242024, the OPS requirement was initially intended for an open market procurement. The DOC SSPO has since re-evaluated its approach.
Revised Acquisition Strategy
The OPS requirement will now be competed solely among qualified OASIS+ contract holders within the applicable domain. This competition will follow FAR 16.505 ordering procedures.
Current Status
Phase I (Opt-In Eligibility Confirmation) has already been issued to eligible OASIS+ contract holders through the OASIS+ ordering platform.
