- Developing bridging documents to 100% final design and completing all construction work.
- Services encompass architecture, civil, structural, geotechnical, seismic, blast, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, fire protection engineering, sustainable design, energy conservation, space planning, interior design, physical and technical security, vertical transportation, lighting, and landscape design.

Submission & Evaluation
