Evaluation
The Contracting Officer intends to award a minimum of three (3) and up to six (6) FFP contracts. Awards will be made to responsible Offerors whose proposals conform to the solicitation, are fair and reasonable, and offer the best overall value to the Government, considering all non-price technical factors and price.
