This RFI seeks public comment on the potential use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for the "DESIGN BID-BUILD, P-1419: CONVENTIONAL PROMPT STRIKE WEAPON TEST FACILITY" at Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Virginia. The project involves the design and construction of a 20,100 SF single-story facility for weapons testing, including maintenance bays, storage, and office spaces. The project also includes demolition of several existing buildings to clear the site.
