Posted is the Government’s answers to industry questions (Attachment 0005) regarding the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design, Build, and Commissioning requirements at Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Army Ammunition facilities within the United States Draft subsequent to the May 14, 2025 release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-25-R-0026 and related RFP attachments. A revised Draft RFP, Highest Technically Rated Offeror Matrix, and Statement of Work will be forthcoming in the near future.
The purpose of providing this matrix is to provide answers to industry questions and obtain any additional industry questions, comments, and feedback prior to releasing the Final MATOC RFP W519TC-25-R-0026. The Government is not utilizing Attachment 0005 to negotiate or solicit proposals, and the issuance of this document does not serve to bind the Government in any way. The information provided is subject to change.
