Purpose & Scope
This is a Sources Sought notice, not a Request for Proposal, to determine the availability of commercially available and interested suppliers. The government seeks information on vendors capable of providing specific products and services, including:
- Simplex 4100ES Fire Detection & Control Panels: Must be compatible with MCB Camp Lejeune's base-wide fire alarm training and interface.
- Accuenergy AXM-WEB2 Dual Ethernet and Wi-Fi Communication Modules & Acuvim II Series Power & Energy Meters: Must be compatible with MCB Camp Lejeune's existing Authority to Operate (ATO) FRCS system.
- Distech Controls EC-BOS-9 Embedded Controllers: Must be compatible with MCB Camp Lejeune requirements, including specific license agreements (200 Devices/10000 Points) and a 5-year software maintenance agreement.
- Johnson Controls FX90 Supervisory Controllers: Must include specific base device, core device license (200 field devices or 10,000 points), and a 5-year software maintenance agreement.
This market research will inform the method of acquisition and potential future award.

Interested vendors must submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating their ability to provide the specified products. The package must include:
