Eligibility Requirements
Offerors must possess a current Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) Code and maintain active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM), including a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). For work in the AFRICOM AOR, offerors must also register in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) and maintain an "Acceptable" risk rating. Joint Venture offerors are required to provide a notarized legal document establishing the JV with their proposal.

The solicitation will be made available for viewing and download exclusively through the PIEE solicitation module; hard copies will not be provided. All subsequent notices and amendments will also be posted to the PIEE module. Offerors are advised to promptly register/renew their SAM, CAGE/NCAGE, and JCCS statuses. Contractors are responsible for acquiring all necessary certifications, licenses, permits, and ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations in Tanzania, including coordination with local authorities.
