THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220.

The cost of this work is estimated to be between $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.

Design and construction of a new one story 85,510 SF maintenance training facility at Eglin AFB. The new facility is located adjacent to the existing Academic Training Center (ATC). The facility contains academic classrooms, virtual trainers, various aircraft

mockups and administrative / operations areas. Additionally, there are the typical building support functions including mechanical, electrical, fire protection and communications equipment rooms. The Project also includes underground utilities, paving including

access roads, storm drainage, exterior and site lighting, site improvements, landscaping, underground comm infrastructure to connect the new facility, and AT/FP measures.
