  • Site Work: Regrading within 5-foot line, storm water management, sidewalk replacement, fire-fighting access, and landscaping.
  • Exterior: Sealing, repointing, and repair of stone/concrete.
  • Demolition: Complete gutting of the existing building interior.
  • ATFP & Communications: Incorporation of minimum anti-terrorism force protection measures and repair of telephone, data, and LAN systems. The project must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
