Eligibility & Submission
- Registration: Offerors must possess a current Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) Code. Active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) with an assigned Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) is mandatory.
- Joint Ventures: Joint Venture (JV) offerors must provide a notarized legal document establishing the JV, which must remain irrevocable for one year post-final acceptance. The JV document needs to detail composition, responsibilities, and compliance.
