The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has issued a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources capable of providing Design, Fabrication, and Installation of AOC Wide Signage across the Capitol campus. The goal is to replace existing signage to improve navigation for over 3 million visitors, consolidate entrance signage, enhance security information hierarchy, and establish a unified aesthetic. Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for design development, shop drawings, fabrication, and installation of signage improvements. The project includes nine sign types to be used at approximately 240 locations throughout the Capitol campus. The scope is divided into four anticipated Task Orders:
- Task Order 1: Design services for modifying the concept signage package for the Senate jurisdiction.
- Task Order 2: Developing messaging for each sign type at designated locations for each jurisdiction.
- Task Order 3: Preparing complete signage shop drawings and specifications for every location.
- Task Order 4: Fabrication and installation of all signs.

Information Requested
Interested contractors should provide:

Additional Notes
Prior Government contract work is not required. The project requires a Program Manager (PM) with specific soft skills and technical competencies. All submissions become Government property, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided. Security requirements include E-Verify, Capitol Police background checks, and contractor badging.
