Submission & Eligibility
Interested companies must submit a written expression of interest to Ms. Alexandra Perez Acevedo at PerezAcevedoA@state.gov by the deadline, using "19GE5026R0051" in the subject line. The submission must include: Firm Name, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Point of Contact Name, Telephone, Email, Complete Physical and Mailing Address, and a completed checklist (page 3 of the presolicitation notice). Incomplete submissions will be rejected. Firms must be knowledgeable in English, possess all appropriate permits and licenses for work in Ecuador, and provide proof of Irrevocable Letters of Credit (ILOC) totaling 40% of the contract value. Registration in the U.S. System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory for award.
