Submission Requirements

Interested firms must submit a capability statement (maximum eight pages, excluding cover page) demonstrating their experience, skills, and capability. The statement should include:

  • Technical expertise and approach
  • Management approach
  • Corporate experience
  • Past performance (minimum of three customers within the last five years, including contract details and work description)
