Purpose & Scope of Work

These experts will offer support services at the Chesapeake Detention Facility (Baltimore, MD), Donald Wyatt Detention Facility (Central Falls, RI), and Cibola County Corrections (Milan, NM). SMEs must possess broad knowledge and expertise in detention/correctional management to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and humane treatment standards.
Submission Requirements
Interested firms must submit a capability statement (maximum eight pages, excluding cover page) demonstrating their experience, skills, and capability. The statement should include:
- Company name and address (including teaming arrangements)
- Technical expertise and approach
- Management approach
- Corporate experience
- Past performance (minimum of three customers within the last five years, including contract details and work description)

Eligibility & Submission Details
