Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation for pumping, removing, transporting, and disposing of liquid, sludge, and solids from septic systems and vault toilets throughout Devils Tower National Monument. Key services include:
- Annual pumping and inspection of septic tanks located at the Visitor Center, Housing Area, Picnic Area, Administration Area, Campground Area, and Entrance Station.
- Servicing of vault toilets at the Visitor Center Parking Lot 15 times annually, according to a specified schedule.
- Disposal of waste at a licensed wastewater facility, with manifests provided.
- Emergency service response within 24 hours and routine service within 48 hours.

Contractors must possess all required federal, state, and local licenses for septic pumping and wastewater transport, and demonstrate a minimum of two years of experience in similar services with at least two past performance references.
Special Requirements
