Scope of Work

- Assembling tissue arrays from paraffin blocks.
- Compiling vital statistics information to accompany biospecimens.
- Submitting various reports, including Semi-Annual Progress, Weekly Inventory, Vital Statistics, Final, Summary of Salient Results, Section 508 Compliance, Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI), and Annual Utilization/Invention reports.
- Ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 for all reports, NIH policies on reproducibility, rigor, transparency, data sharing for genomic data, and the 2024 NIH Public Access Policy for publications.
- Properly packaging and labeling tissue for storage at -80 degrees Celsius and shipping on dry ice.
- Adhering to animal welfare regulations if live vertebrate animals are used.
