• Tasks include maintenance and repair of specific parts for solvent management, sample management, and software/firmware.

• Service and repair visits must be completed within 72 hours of service ticket entry.

• Contractor personnel must be OEM-authorized and trained.

• A Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be established to evaluate contractor performance against identified standards.

• Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is 100% for contractor performance requirements and tasks.

• On-site service at a USDA Facility: 538 TOWER ROAD, ITHACA NY 14853.
