INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE

Under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a single source contract with Natus Medical Incorporated to work with the Oracle Health Federal EHR team to integrate the Natus EMG system across VISN 12 VAMCs with the Oracle Health Federal EHR in accordance with the existing Interface Control Document (ICD).
