Scope of Work
This requirement involves a comprehensive upgrade of the Red River Dining Facility's kitchen equipment. Key deliverables include:
- Procurement and Delivery: Thirty-two (32) commercial food service equipment items, as detailed in Attachment 2 (Salient Characteristics).
- Installation: Uncrating, assembly, and full installation of all new equipment, including utility connections (electric, water, drainage, gas), anchoring, calibration, and operational testing, per Attachment 3 (Statement of Work).
- Uninstallation & Disposal: Disconnection, removal, and transfer/disposal processing of existing DFAC equipment, also per Attachment 3.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
- Award Basis: Best value, determined by price/technical evaluation.
- Funding: Funds are not presently available; the government reserves the right to cancel or award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for individual items if funds are insufficient.
