- Engineering, design, programming, demolition, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and closeout services for replacing existing EST-3 fire alarm control panels, networked sub-panels, CPUs, network cards, amplifiers, power supplies, NAC power supplies, and associated fire alarm equipment.
- Integration of the new EST-4 system with the existing Silent Knight fire alarm system serving portions of Building 810.
- Provision of NFPA 72 compliant shop drawings, outage coordination, fire watch services during impairments, smoke control integration testing, acceptance testing, and third-party witnessing services.
- All work must be performed in occupied federal facilities, maintaining continuous life safety protection and minimizing disruption to operations.
- Removed EST equipment is to be preserved and turned over to GSA.
