Performance Requirements

  • Monthly HDTV/Video and DIAS Service: Provide 24/7 network operations with quality HD Digital Television service and maintain a 24/7 network operations center for outage reporting.
  • Inventory and Testing: Provide inventory of system components, complete testing of cables, and replace worn cables at no additional cost.
  • Outage Resolution: Resolve all outages and service interruptions with specified response times: 1 hour for critical/major outages, and 3 hours for minor interruptions.
