Scope of Work
The objective is to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services for DMLSS facility logistics support at OCONUS military medical treatment facilities (MTFs). This support is critical for the DMLSS Automated Information System (AIS), which manages medical logistics for the Department of Defense (DoD). Day-to-day support will be required in technical areas including Program Management, Project Management, Training, Database Sustainment, and Analytics.

Eligibility / Submission
Interested vendors must be Korean firms and are requested to provide:
- Company name, address, CAGE code, UEI, and contact information.
- Confirmation of being a Korean firm.
- Relevant NAICS codes.
- Ability to work in all of South Korea.
- Capability to perform 50% or greater of awarded work.
- Description of capabilities and experience in facility management, specifically related to DHA OCONUS DMLSS/LogiCole FM Support (including programming, planning, operational/project development, sustainment, contract performance management, and program management).
- Experience with similar contracts, including scope and contract type.
