• Licensure and Credentialing: Contractors must maintain primary source verification of credentials, ensure active and valid licenses, and comply with all state and board requirements. A National Practitioner Data Bank (NPBD) account is required for pre-hire review and continuous monitoring.
• Security: Adherence to DHS security requirements, including background investigations, personnel security, and protection of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
