- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
- Award Strategy: The Government intends to make two separate awards, one for the two (2) Saipan CLINs and another for the two (2) Guam CLINs, resulting in a maximum of two total awards. However, the Government reserves the right to make a single award for all four (4) CLINs if deemed in its best interest.
- Pricing: Must be FOB Destination.

- Submission Method: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to April Stanch (April.Stanch@gsa.gov) and Ed Hodges (John.Hodges@gsa.gov) in Microsoft Word or Adobe format.
- Quote Requirements: Bidders must quote on the entire quantity of a line item; partial quantities will not be accepted. Manufacturer's vehicle window stickers must be provided.
- Evaluation Factors: Technical Compliance (specifications, delivery terms, availability, delivery dates), Past Performance, and Price. Technical compliance, availability, delivery dates, and past performance combined are equal to price. Past performance requires 2-3 recent (within last two years) and relevant government contract examples.
- Eligibility: Active SAM.gov registration is required.
