This J&A Notice serves as the Government's notice as required by DFARS PGI 206.302-1(d) and the notice of proposed contract action as required by FAR 5.201. This action will result in an increase in contract ceiling to the existing contract identified in the attached J&A is necessary to allow for continuity of critical contractor services. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement.
