• The quantity required is 18 EA.

• Packaging and Marking requirements include Military preservation, packing, and marking in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1 and Special Packaging Instruction AK16723847.

• Inspection and Acceptance will be at ORIGIN.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Delivery is required within 180 days after contract award.

• FOB Point: Destination.

• Quotations must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist listed on the cover page by April 27, 2026.

• The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Offers must be submitted for the total quantity; partial quantity offers are ineligible for award.

• The government will consider transportation costs in the evaluation.

• This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• Technical Data Packages (TDPs) are not included with this solicitation.

• Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to participate.

• Supply Chain Traceability Documentation is required at the time of offer submission for non-manufacturers.

• Unique Item Identification (UII) is required for items with an acquisition cost of $5,000 or more, or as otherwise specified.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation SPRDL1-26-Q-0054 makes the following changes:

• Updates the FOB (Free On Board) Point from "Destination" to "Origin".

• Confirms that all other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged.

• Section related to FOB Point (updated).

• All other sections remain as per the original solicitation.

• No changes to proposal deadlines or submission requirements are indicated, beyond the update to the FOB point. Bidders should ensure their proposals reflect the FOB Origin requirement.

This document, DD Form 2169C, "SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTION," provides detailed instructions for the preservation, packaging, and marking of a specific engine assembly (Part/Drawing No. 320/41508, NSN 2815-01-672-3847).
