Scope of Work
The Department is interested in solutions that provide:
- Data Access: Ability to access and analyze global digital and social media data in near real-time, with language translation, narrative visualization, and customizable data sources.
- Analytics: Integrated quantitative and qualitative tools, including digital network analysis, AI-enabled forensic image analysis, deep fake and synthetic media detection, and the capability to link digital activity to real-world events. Tailored monitoring dashboards and custom analytic tool development are also desired.
- Digital Media Forensics: Including deep fake detection and assessing linkages between online activity and real-world behavior.
- Compliance: Solutions must be FedRamp compliant.
