Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for "Digital Scales for WMS" to support DLA Information Operations. The procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, conducted via the SAM.gov Website, and will result in the award of a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) delivery order.

• The primary requirement is for "Digital Scales for WMS".

• Vendors must offer on "all" items in the Bill of Materials (BoM) to be considered technically acceptable.

• Compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is mandatory.

• Specific cybersecurity requirements related to the DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program are detailed.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price Delivery Order.

• Period of Performance: Delivery within 30 days from the contract award date.

• Funding: Base Period is funded with FY26 Funds.

• Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing via email by May 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM (EST).

• Award will be made to the responsible, lowest-priced, technically acceptable, SMALL BUSINESS offeror.

• Offers must take no exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation to be considered technically acceptable.

• Award will be made without discussions; therefore, initial offers should contain the vendor's best terms.

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• The RFQ is organized into five sections.

• Attachments include: Bill of Materials (BoM), VPAT 2.4 Section 508 Language, and ICT Accessibility Requirements Statement.

• Vendors are responsible for their own preparation and submission costs.

• The Government reserves the right to not make an award if it is not in the best interest of the Government.
