Scope of Work (Anticipated DiPSS II IDIQ)

The DiPSS II IDIQ is expected to provide comprehensive services across seven key capability areas to the U.S. Department of State and other U.S. Government agencies under Chief of Mission Authority, and under special circumstances, non-Chief of Mission activities worldwide. While global in scope, a significant portion of the contract is anticipated to focus on contingency environments in the Middle East and South-Central Asia. The seven capability areas include:

  • Program Management: Overseeing execution through planning, resource management, compliance, and communication.
  • Construction: Executing high-quality, secure, and code-compliant construction and renovation projects.
  • Life Support: Providing comprehensive services for health, safety, and well-being in remote environments.
  • Logistics and Supplies: Delivering timely and secure procurement, transportation, and distribution of materials.
  • Medical and Emergency: Offering responsive medical services and emergency response capabilities.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation of critical infrastructure.
  • Security Support: Designing, installing, and maintaining integrated physical and electronic security systems.

Responses to this Sources Sought will not be considered an adequate response to any future solicitation, and no reimbursement will be made for submission costs.
